The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited under French law. Proof of legal age is required at the time of online purchase, in accordance with the French Public Health Code (Articles L.3342-1 and L.3353-3). In compliance with Florida law, the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required to verify the purchaser’s age at the time of order and/or delivery. By placing an order containing alcoholic beverages, the purchaser confirms that they meet the applicable legal age requirements and agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulation
